My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although in need of updates, were huge and well-appointed with everything we needed. The service was very pleasant and couldn't have been friendlier. The location, away from traffic and with lovely landscaping, was very convenient for my travels. The dining experience exceeded my expectations with a variety of choices available.

The hotel had rooms that reminded me of the ones we stayed in while touring Europe; they were large, comfortable, and clean. However, they could use more lighting as they were a bit dark, including the parking lot. The service was top-notch, friendly, and amazing overall, although there were some cleanliness issues with dry white dust on furniture and bathroom counters. The location was convenient for our needs, particularly after eye injections that restricted driving, near the Albany airport and accommodating for dining options. The dining experience was awesome with a good variety to choose from, well-stocked, and included in the stay. Overall, a great choice for a stay with some minor areas for improvement.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms had a very dated vibe from the carpet to the tacky headboards, but they were surprisingly cozy with 2 large double beds and had everything I needed including air conditioning, a spacious bathroom, and ample storage. The decor was nice, the free car parking and excellent Wi-Fi were a huge plus, and the complimentary breakfast was a great value. The front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful, making my experience even better.

The rooms may have been dated in style, but they were surprisingly comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were cozy, the large TVs were a nice touch, and having a microwave and refrigerator added extra convenience to the stay.

From the welcoming front desk staff to the efficient breakfast room operation and attentive restaurant and bar staff, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The clever housekeeping staff even retrieved a forgotten item for me, showing their attention to detail and guest satisfaction.
